Psychic Entanglements: How Others Disrupt Our Energy and Focus

Updated: Dec 4, 2025

The greatest drains on our strength are not phones, noise, or screens.

They are the unseen bonds we carry inside us. These are psychic entanglements, cords of unresolved polarity that bind us to other people’s emotions, conflicts, and destinies.

They are not harmless ties. They are prisons. They scatter our focus, drain our will, and compromise the sovereignty of our own thoughts.

How Entanglements Form

Every entanglement begins within us. It is born from polarity unresolved: love and hate, desire and fear, attraction and aversion. These opposites tear at the psyche until a cord forms, hooking into another person who mirrors the division.

Once formed, the cord feeds on repetition. Every thought replayed, every memory rehearsed, every argument rehashed in silence strengthens the rhythm. These rhythms harden into fate-loops, cycles that repeat until our future itself is stolen.

Entanglements also persist through sympathy of attention. When two people dwell on one another, a current is established. This current carries not only emotion, but impressions and thoughts. It becomes a channel through which influence travels, compromising the sovereignty of the mind itself. What you think is not always yours.

The Cost of Entanglement

The price is severe. Focus fractures into fragments and energy bleeds into others without return. Choices bend beneath invisible pressures until the future itself collapses into recycled patterns. Worst of all, the soul’s sacred fire is desecrated, consumed in webs of distraction and misuse.

This is not inconvenience. This is sacrilege against the divine inheritance within you.

Recognizing the Signs

The evidence is always there, waiting to be faced. A sudden shift in mood can be triggered by the thought of someone else. Dreams and intrusive thoughts circle endlessly around the same figure. Obligations appear that choke the will, yet somehow feel impossible to ignore. Ghost voices whisper in the mind, pulling us away from our path.

And here is the truth: if a cord is alive, you are feeding it. That is not an accusation. It is fact. Every entanglement survives because you give it life. Deny this, and you remain enslaved to other people’s chaos. Accept it, and you reclaim the clarity to see the cords for what they are.

The Deeper Mystery

Entanglements prove that the psyche is never alone. Each cord is a wire in a greater network. Some networks uplift, aligning us with sacred purpose. Others are parasitic, trapping us in borrowed destinies.

The cruelest consequence of remaining bound is that you inherit struggles that were never yours. You become a carrier of another’s unfinished story, losing years of your own life to battles that were not meant for you.

The Sacred Crime

To remain entangled is not simply weakness. It is betrayal. It is the profanation of the soul’s sanctuary. Each unconscious cord is a theft of will, a siphoning of clarity, a slow erosion of the flame meant to burn for transformation.

Entanglements end where awareness begins. To name them is to see the prison. To see the prison is to recognize the sacrilege. And to recognize the sacrilege is the first act of reclaiming what was always yours: the dignity of your own will.

Every cord you continue to feed is consent to your own enslavement. Every cord you name is the beginning of freedom.
